Price and quality
The quality of a work of art is our prime concern. Our prices are very reasonable for the top quality that we offer. We will be happy to send a customized offer to companies, projects and galleries, which takes the wishes and demands of our customer into account.
Time of delivery
The time of delivery for a work in stock is one to two weeks, depending on the delivery address. Works that are not in stock require a time of delivery of four to six weeks.
Forwarding
All consignments are at cost-price, depending on the destination, weight and size of the work of art. Packing is included in our price. We only send our products through DHL-UPS-FEDEX or any other recognized forwarding agent. When sent abroad, our products are not framed as a rule, but the frame will not be charged. This limits the risks of damage and reduces the transport costs considerably. Any framer can provide a selected frame on the place of destination.
Recovery VAT
VAT can be reclaimed for purchases from outside the EC. The VAT is not included in our bills on consignment and need not be paid in this case. When the customer collects his product, or when the product is forwarded on his account, the VAT will be paid back on receipt of the required export documents (Customs stamp on the invoice when leaving the EC country).
Payments
Payments are done by money transfer onto our KBC Bank account 471-5364541-56 by remitting a bank cheque or by sending a credit card number. Your credit card account will then be debited discreetly for the amount agreed upon. An advance of 25% will be charged on customized and special orders.
Frames
The works will not be framed on consignment, nor do they come along with a canvas stretcher for reasons of transport and insurance costs, but the works can be framed anywhere in the world. However, canvas stretchers and frames can be provided by our company on our own delivery and on collection. The price in our offer does include a canvas stretcher.
Personalized orders
Each individual topic or image can be painted. Simply send us a photo and the size of the product wanted. You will be sent an offer without any commitment. The execution of the order is only done after prior agreement and after payment of a 25% advance.
Satisfied customers
Dissatisfied customers are rare with us. There will be a refund, however, should the work of art not comply with the exacting wishes of the customer. If the work belongs to our standard collections, it will be paid back entirely, provided it is sent back within a period of 8 days. If the work was executed as a specific, customized order, 25% of the price on the offer will be owed to us and 75% will be refunded to our customer.
